House Design
At JRPcad we utilise our vast experience in architectural House design to deliver each of our clients a bespoke design that suits all of their needs. By working closely with our clients to work from their lifestyle needs and their own creative flair we can design the exact house they desire.
Our services also work for larger house builders who aren't looking for a personal unique design, a large majority of our work actually comes from large developers requiring house type designs which they can hand or reproduce as Detached, Semi detached or terraced house types, which can then make up a large portion of housing on larger plots of lands.
We will take all of our designs through feasability, Planning Permission, Building Control consent and constrution detailing. We also work with a number of building service companies that are capable of producing anything we design to complete the project. These builders are adept with all new construction methods and regularly research any new developments in technology, as do JRPcad.
Need an Architect?
When people first start looking to develop a property or even build a new property the first thing they do after securing the land is look for a suitable Architect. They generally ask their friends to recommend one or search on the internet.
The actual answer to the question above is No, you don’t! It is a misconception that if you are looking to design a house you need an architect when the actual reality is that most Architects work on much larger projects and generally don’t spend much time on House Design and aren’t likely to have a lot of experience in this sector. If you go to a large architects practice to have an extension or new house designed the likelihood is that the work will get passed to one of the juniors or Architects Assistants, as the Architects are likely working on designing a fancy multiplex, shopping centre or office block.
We at JRPcad are happy to admit that we are not Architects and hence not Affiliated with RIBA, We are in-fact Architectural Technologists and CAD Technicians and hence more adept and experienced at construction detailing for developments. We are still extremely capable designers and space planners and make sure we deliver what our clients require.
We have worked on hundreds of projects ranging in values up to £15 million in the residential sector alone and all were accepted for planning permission and building regulations and successfully built with no complaints.
As with all of our services we can produce fully 3D rendered animations models and walkthroughs to better present the finished design. JRPcad
