Planning permission and Building regulations approval are subject to your own council fees. these fees are not included in our design fees listed above, all councils vary slightly but generaly cost around £150 per application.

3D Visualisation

This is not essential for Planning Permission or Building Regulations, however 3D visulaisation is usefull to be able to see what the house extension or new build will look like before it is built and also usefull for estate agents to help sell your property.

Quantity Surveying

JRPcad can provide you with a quantity surveying service, we compile a detailed report showing all of the materials and their quantities and prices, you or your builder can use this information to provide accurate quotes or to give you a more exact idea of what the home extension will cost.

* If your proposed extension location is more than 20 miles outside of DE24 8QL we can still provide you with a service. please  contact us for an ammended price to accomodate the extra milage travelled. alternatively you can provide us with a basic measured survey and photographs of the existing property - for a survey check list please contact us.

Our "Planning" service is designed to let you see your idea drawn to scale.  This service is ideal for initially applying for Planning Permission, your designer will also represent you as your agent and see through the process of obtaining Planning Permission.

Our "Planning & Building Regs." service is where your designer will provide all the drawings and specifications required to enable you to gain Planning Permission and Building Regulations approval, your designer will also represent you as your agent and see through the process of obtaining Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approval.

Our "3D Visualisation" service is where your designer will provide you with a 3D representation of your project and it's existing surroundings. this can be used either for your own personal interest, in aid to help achieve planning permission faster or to help sell your property if you wish to do so. The fee for this service varies depending on the level of detail you require.

Our Quotation will detail all of the above services, letting you have the choice of which one best suits your needs.  You can upgrade to the next service level at any time, our quotation will remain valid, you just add the difference to upgrade to the next level.

The majority of our current clients are located in Derby,  we are hoping in the near future to attract more clients in the surrounding areas such as Nottingham and Leicester so that we can make our business known to a wider locality.
