3D Visualisation - Photomontages and Rendering for Developers
We have found in the past that 3D Rendering and photomontages have been invaluable to the property industry. Images such as the one shown on the right can help you aquire planning permission, funding from banks or other investors and in most cases can secure buyers for the properties before they are even built.
By creating an accurate 3D model and applying virtual lighting effects we can create a photorealistic render of the building, we then take this render and merge it with an existing photograph of the site matching the lighting and the shadows, as you can see the results are extremely impressive.
JRPcad can take the 2D plans that an architect has already created and produce photorealistic visualisations from them, these images in comparison to old fassioned architects illustrations are more accurate and provide a more realistic representation of the finished product. If you feel that you like the style of an architects illustration, from our models we can even produce very similar effects but can produce views from multiple angles in the same time period an architect would produce just 1 finished image.
3D Walkthrough's & Fly-bys
This is the next level in creating a realistic representation of your finished project, we will accurately model all aspects of the proposed building and in some situations even the surrounding areas, to produce realistic walkthroughs and fly-bys. We can produce these presentations to any level of detail, whether you want just a block model to check whether what you propose will actually work, or completely animate the walkthroughs and make them video realistic by adding environment effects, people walking around and vehicles driving by. anything can be achieved so long as the given time is adequate.
Actual models
From our virtual models real physical models can be created accurately and to a given scale, we work with a number of company's that use a range of techniques such as Rapid Prototyping using Selective Laser Sintering to bring the models to life. these models are a great way of presenting your project so that people can get an immediate feel for the finished article. these models work fantastically with our own creations and together combined create the ultimate presentation materials.
